Here I describe some of the software in which I have knowledge,
and my skills in the various parts of 3d production.
BLENDER: Extensive knowledge regarding modeling hard and soft surface objects, animation, UV unwrapping, texturing, simulation, compositing and working with particle systems.
CLO3D: Broad knowledge regarding creating digital garments, bags, shoes, lighting and rendering.
CINEMA 4D + REDSHIFT: Basic knowledge regarding navigation, modeling, lighting, rendering.
UNREAL ENGINE: Good knowledge regarding world building, materials, lighting and rendering. As well as metahuman creation.
PHOTOSHOP: Extensive knowledge regarding image editing, photo bashing and 2D Graphic creation.
ADOBE AFTER EFFECTS: Broad knowledge regarding video editing and post processing.
ADOBE SUBSTANCE SAMPLER + PAINTER + DESIGNER: Broad knowledge regarding texture painting, masking and material creation.
FUSION 360 AUTOCAD: Good knowledge regarding modelling, both independently and from blueprints.
HOUDINI: Basic knowledge regarding procedural modelling and the programs functions.
NUKE: Basic knowledge regarding image and video post processing.
MAYA: Basic modelling knowledge.
MESHROOM: Basic knowledge regarding converting photo scanned objects into 3D meshes.
Digital production
To independently, or in a team, organize a project. To make a Timeplan, moodboard, art direction, motion preview and preview and work and adapt myself according to the customer's wishes. Creation of industry standard presentations and explanation of my process. As well as evaluating the outcome after the project is finished.
Digital Modeling
Knowledge of soft and hard surface modeling in blender, CLO3D, C4D as well as fusion 360 autocad, independently, from blueprint/sketch & Image modeling. Perspective mapping with fspy. Subdiv modeling and modeling with loopcuts and using sculpting tools in blender.
Light and rendering
Knowledge of product photography and lighting in a physical and digital studio, after coaching from a professional photographer. Application of photography skills in 3d space. Skills in compositing in blender and render passes. Knowledge of image and video editing in Nuke using exr and cryptomatte.
Animation
Knowledge of rigging cameras, objects and lights in 3D space. The use of bones and weight paint to animate characters. Post-processing video material in Adobe After Effects. Creation of 2D animation in after effects. Understanding the importance of light in harmony with movement. Knowledge of timing animation and cutting videos to music. Knowledge of creating particle systems, simulation of fabric, fire, smoke, water & hair.
Texturing
Knowledge of various texturing methods. (Tile, decal, etc.) I can convert surfaces from cad, scan and sculpt. Some experience with photo scanning. Execution of manual retopo, decimate and voxel retopo. Procedural texturing, understanding file management and material libraries. Uv mapping and creating visually realistic assets and materials. The use of photoshop, after effects and nuke for post processing.
Digital Illustration
Knowledge of how color and light, composition, perspective and proportions effects the final render. Skills in retouching and repairing images and manipulating light in images. The ability to illustrate on behalf of clients and use photos as the base for digital work, creating my own HDRIs.
